for one person operation. The finished product is the result of
years of development and fine turning. The basic bugle and
fundamental yard design is a copy of a timber set of yards that
I built on a property that I had leased at Manilla in the 1980’s
and 90’s. One person drafting (with dogs) was easy and drenching
400 wethers per hour was normal.”

Stockyard Systems was awarded the "NAB Agribusiness Award of
Excellence" for our relocatable sheep yards at the October 2011
Australian National Field Days in Orange NSW. The award
recognises new, innovative design and manufacture of machinery
and equipment designed for use in the Australian agricultural
industry.
This award is an acknowledgement that the products meets high
criteria standards and is worthy of the attention of primary
producers. Judging criteria include standard of design and
engineering, safety, value for money, and easy of use.
